Cancellations:

Refunds will be honored 10 business days prior to your reserved crafting weekend less the $50 registration fee.  No refunds will be given after the 10 business day cutoff date. In the event you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place.  These policies are in place because of the extensive set-up times needed to prepare for your visit.  Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Check-In / Check-Out:

Check-in time is at 3:00p.m. on the Friday prior to your reserved event. Check-out time is Sunday at 3:00p.m.

Crafting Area:

The crafting area is open and available to you 24 hours a day for your entire stay!

Registration:

A $50 non-refundable registration fee must be received with your signed registration form to reserve your crafting weekend.  Payment in full is due 3 weeks prior to your stay with us. In the event of openings for any retreat weekend, you are invited to call 540-250-3935 at the last minute to be included in the fun.  Credit Cards, Paypal, Money orders and Personal checks are accepted.  Returned checks will incur a $40 fee and may include loss of retreat reseveration as well as the non-refundable registration fee.
